i recently started playing a few maps on mw2 and im shocked to see there is a hell of alot of modded servers now, with people in harriers shooting rockets and such

when did this all start? i never came across a modded server when i played before (only about 4 - 5 months ago)


only good thing is i went in 1 server and it unlocked everything... guns, attachments, titles, emblems
but iv heard theres servers that also take it all away..


anyone have any news on this? interests me a little as to how and why its happened

I think comex or someone made a jailbreak to PS3... im not sure its comex maybe geohot? They both make jailbreaks to apple products smile.gif Ever since that I've had problems with modded lobbys sad.gif

And also theres a new rule that sony added that you are not allowed to jailbreak and your account will be banned!

This is because Sony lock all the feature that allow people to do this, untill a few weeks ago a major code that unlocks all modding features for the ps3 was found and used
now most people are using it to mod games like mw2 ect

Yup, massive massive problem for Sony now!

Anyone with a bit of knowledge can jailbreak a PS3 and install anything they want. Sony will now have to either brick everyones PS3 via firmware update and buy people a brand new console or just admit that they fucked up, which they wont! biggrin.gif

i actually saw someone on killcam load up their hacker menu last night lol

loads of toggles - yes/no

unlimited ammo
god mode
auto aim

and loads more i didnt see in time

they shud all be banned & a some nasty shit sent to their ps3 to fuck them up surely they can ban# 3rd party software from working online, or change the algarithm for the security codes or somethin

i mean i have a chipped psp and i cant play games online with that!
