a little help with the forum functions
1. Making a post.
If you dont know how to start your own thread :

Ok now to get started !
If you make a post, you can just type a message, but you can do allot more !!
for example you can put in :
- Youtube vid's
- Spoilers
- Hyperlinks to other sites/ topics
- Images
- lists
Simply copy the URL of the vid in on the post you are making, and it will automaticly put a youtube vid when you post your topic/post.
Spoilers :
Simply type " [spoiler ] " (without the space between r and ] ) and type everything you want. Then when your ready type [/spoiler ] (again without the space between the r and ] )
It will automaticly add a spoiler around what you have written.
Hyperlinks :
Simply copy/paste the link in your topic/post and it will automaticly be a hyperlink (You will need the http://)
If you want to hyperlink a word, for example 'Click me'
Type the words and then select them. Go to the 'Link' button and copy/paste the adress you want to hyperlink.
images :
Copy the URL of the link (it will need to end in .jpg .png,... )
Then go to the 'Image' button and copy the URL.
Lists :
To make a list, go to the list buttons and It will automaticly make everything as a list.
The list buttons are next to the 'link' button to make hyperlinks.
Typing and changes
You can type normal, like this, but you can allso type like this or you can type like this or you can type with both
It's fairly simple. i dont even bother to goto the buttons on the top to make you type like that.
If you want to say something in bold, you can press "Control B" and you get [b ] [/b ] (without the spaces between b and ] )
When you want something in italic you just press "Control I" and you get [i ] [/i ] (again without the spaces )
Then you can just type inbetween the 2 things.
(or like me just type [b ] and [/b ] all the time.. for me it goes faster then having to take my mouse and click between the 2 style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif )

3. Shoutbox.
We have a shoutbox on our server, that you will be able to see and respond in when your logged in.
Here you can 'shout' random things.
To make the shoutbox bigger, or search older shouts not in the list, Click on the word Shoutbox (above the most recent post)
You can also quote other people's shouts, keeping their color and linking to their profile if you hover over their name.
You can do this by making the shoutbox bigger, copying their shout + name, and using the 'paste' button.
