Hey! Its come to the time where I am bored and kinda embarrassed to be driving around in my s reg 1.3 ford fiesta.
Im looking to get a second car around august time but i want some ideas. i would like something that is not too popular but somthing that looks sexy and isnt too expensive.
Post ideas and pics! i'll say what i think

I don't know much about cars, although you might want to check the brands who sells cheap and good looking cars. Like Ford, Opel, perhaps Renault?
You might even want some german brands, they're not that cheap but very good.

How the fuck are you planning on financing anything with an engine bigger than 1.6? let alone a BMW/Audi!?

These things are pretty snazzy

to be honest, spending time trawling through a used car site will be better than us suggesting anything, as you wont get anything new for 7-8k anyway.
look for cars in your area, and just spend a few weeks weighing up your options. eventually you will see one that is perfect. remember to look for low miles and newer the better. also insurance will be impossible for anything with custom work on the car, and any engines bigger than a 1.8L or with turbo's are a big no-no...

do be careful at auctions. because any custom work (even like non-standard brakes) can hike your insurance up hugely! body work is also a killer, as are any non-standard exhasts. your insurance can quite easily go up by a few hundred pounds just from one of these.
